Looking for help getting your taxes done? The Social Development Centre Waterloo Region offers free virtual and in person tax preparation for low income individuals.  This program is through the CRA Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.  Tax program for 2021 tax year starts on March 2, 2022.

Eligible individuals have income under $40,000.  Priority is given to 2020 and 2021 tax returns during March and April. Consideration for prior years will be based on availability of volunteers.

 Virtual preparation is via phone or drop-offs. By appointment only.

●Business/Rental income or expenses, including Uber

●Self-employed individuals

●Capital gains and losses

●Estates and/or deceased individuals
